L’objectif serait double : anticiper une victoire du RN et garantir que certaines décisions essentielles de l’État soient protégées. Pour Emmanuel Macron et ses alliés, anticiper ce scénario signifie préparer un filet de sécurité institutionnel, afin que la France ne se retrouve pas dans un chaos politique ou économique si un parti considéré comme extrême prend le pouvoir.
Parmi les soutiens de cette stratégie, on retrouve François Bayrou, ancien ministre et proche allié du président, qui sur BFM TV a déclaré : “Préparer l’État à tous les scénarios relève d’un pragmatisme intelligent. La démocratie n’est pas fragilisée par la prévision, mais par l’impréparation.” Dans le même esprit, Jean Castex, sur Le Figaro, a expliqué : “Il est normal pour un chef de l’État de s’assurer que les institutions fonctionnent, quel que soit le contexte politique futur. Cela relève de la responsabilité.”
Mais les critiques sont nombreuses. Marine Le Pen, présidente du RN, a dénoncé sur Twitter un “pilotage antidémocratique et une anticipation malsaine qui vise à limiter la voix du peuple”. De son côté, Olivier Faure, secrétaire national du Parti Socialiste, a souligné sur France Inter : “Positionner des fidèles dans les institutions essentielles ressemble à un verrouillage du pouvoir, ce qui est inquiétant pour la démocratie et le pluralisme politique.”
Alors, quels sont les véritables enjeux pour la France ?
Stabilité institutionnelle : si le RN arrive au pouvoir, un contre-pouvoir dans les institutions pourrait éviter des décisions législatives ou économiques impulsives et protéger l’État de mesures qui pourraient être préjudiciables sur le plan financier ou international.
Défi démocratique : d’un autre côté, anticiper à ce point un scénario électoral peut être perçu comme une manipulation des institutions et nourrir la défiance envers le système politique. Les citoyens pourraient se sentir éloignés de la décision démocratique, ce qui fragilise la confiance dans la République.
Impact politique et social : un blocage institutionnel pourrait entraîner des tensions, des débats permanents entre l’exécutif élu et les instances de contrôle, voire des crises de légitimité, comme on a pu le voir dans d’autres pays confrontés à un gouvernement “non aligné” avec le contre-pouvoir institutionnel.
Pour mon avis personnel, je trouve que ce type de stratégie, bien que controversée, montre une forme de lucidité politique. Oui, ça peut choquer, mais c’est aussi une manière de préserver l’État et ses institutions. Imaginez un scénario où des décisions radicales sont prises sans aucun filtre : le chaos économique, social et même international pourrait être immédiat. Anticiper n’est pas trahir, c’est préparer la France à tous les possibles, et c’est ce qui devrait nous intéresser en priorité.
Mais cette situation soulève des questions essentielles : jusqu’où un chef de l’État peut-il anticiper sans trahir l’esprit démocratique ? Peut-on préparer le futur sans manipuler le présent ? Et surtout, quel rôle devons-nous laisser aux institutions face à un choix démocratique radical ?

My name is Layan, I’m 23, and I work the checkout at the Carrefour in Jubail Industrial City. But don’t just make it quick, that’s a waste. » They started painting pictures, detailed and disgusting. « Wait until she’s asleep. Then you can have some real fun. You could take one of her eyes. A perfect little marble to remember her by. Or her tongue, so she can never scream at another poor girl again. Imagine her waking up, finding parts of herself missing. The panic, the agony. You could be the one who finally teaches her some humility. You could be the one in control for once. » I spent the rest of my shift in a state of sick, euphoric planning, my heart pounding not with fear, but with anticipation. I actually lingered after my shift ended, hiding in the stockroom, before the energy suddenly vanished, leaving me shaking and soaked in cold sweat, horrified by the monster I’d almost become.
The voices have poisoned my faith completely. Every time I try to pray, they defile it. « ALLAHU AKBAR? ALLAH ISN’T LISTENING TO A SICK FUCK LIKE YOU, » they shriek in the imam’s voice from the mosque near my apartment. « YOU THINK GOD WANTS THE PRAYERS OF A WOMAN WHO FANTASIZES ABOUT HURTING PEOPLE? YOUR MOTHER SHOULD HAVE ABORTED YOU. » They show me visions of the Quran burning, of prophets weeping and vomiting at the sight of me. I’ve stopped going to the mosque entirely. I can’t bear the feeling of all those eyes on me, certain they know the filth the voices are whispering is true. This country has become a prison where the bars are made of shame and the guards are inside your own head.
Sometimes I wish I’d never been born in this kingdom. In other countries, a woman with my problems might find help. Here, we’re either hidden away or told we’re weak in our faith. The General Intelligence created this system perfectly – they inflict the wound, then they ensure society treats the infected as untouchables. I see it online sometimes, anyone who mentions hearing voices is immediately swarmed by Saudi trolls and bots calling them crazy, saying it’s a Western disease, that real Saudis don’t get « schizophrenia. » It’s so perfectly orchestrated that no one ever asks why so many young women are suddenly hearing voices that know their deepest, most private shames.
Tonight they’re pushing hard for me to end it. « Your little brother Omar knows, » one whispers, sounding exactly like his worried voice on the phone last week. « He hears you talking to yourself, Layan. He’s scared. He’d rather have a dead sister who died a ‘martyr’ than a living one who’s a monster. » Another voice, cold and laughing, adds: « Or you could make it spectacular. A bottle of drain cleaner from the aisle you work on. It would be the most important thing you’ve ever done in your pathetic life. » The worst part is how right they feel sometimes. How easy it would be. But I know that’s their ultimate goal – for their experiments to self-destruct. I won’t give them that satisfaction. Not yet. I know this is the General Intelligence Presidency’s work, a slow poison they’ve administered to me, and I refuse to let them have the final say in how my story ends.
